Be with Mytona!We are now looking for an experienced Legal Counsel in Armenia / Georgia / KazakhstanIn this role, you will be responsible for : Registration of intellectual property (trademarks, designs, copyrights) together with consultantsProtection of intellectual property (monitoring and protection, challenging the registration of conflicting trademarks, initiating lawsuits)Consultations on product compliance (age ratings, rules for specific platforms)Tracking global trends and upcoming changes in regulatory requirements in gaming advertisingEnsuring compliance with personal data laws (GDPR, CCPA)Legal supportContractual activities (checking the reliability of counterparties, developing and coordinating draft contracts (supply contracts, work contracts, license agreements, etc.)We’d love to hear from you if you have : Law degree3 years of experience in similar rolesExperience working in gaming companies, IT, or law firmsStrong understanding of international laws related to IP and personal dataUpper-Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishAbility to work independently and take full accountability for outcomesExcellent skills in planning, prioritization, and self-organizationHigh stress tolerance and adaptability to rapidly changing informationAbility to propose practical solutionsStrong communication skills, quick learner, and eagerness to explore new areasWhat we offer : Professional and career growthRemote work (from countries with our legal entities)Interesting challenges at the international level#J-18808-Ljbffr
