We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition team for a rapidly growing and stable organization. This individual will be a hands-on leader—a true "player-coach"—who can roll up their sleeves while inspiring and developing a team of 3-4 Talent Acquisition Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
- Team Development: Mentor, coach, and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Execution: Personally handle high-priority or complex recruiting needs, demonstrating the ability to recruit top talent while balancing strategic oversight.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine recruitment processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partnership: Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and priorities, ensuring a proactive and consultative approach to talent acquisition.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics, providing insights to leadership and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a "player-coach," successfully balancing strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in recruiting, including sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Track record of leading and inspiring a team to achieve measurable results while fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
