We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team! This is more than just a retail position—you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience, crush sales goals, and represent our brand at conventions and events.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales: Achieve and exceed sales goals through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and upselling.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers, share product stories, and create a memorable shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Tackle daily cleaning tasks and ensure the store stays organized, tidy, and inviting.
- Event Participation: Travel with our team to conventions and events to help set up, run booths, and connect with customers in an exciting, on-the-go environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping customers and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to stay organized and proactive in a retail environment.
- Willingness to travel (some overnight travel required).
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred).

- Have a valid PA drivers license
- Have a clean driving record
- Pass a background check
- Lift 50 lbs
