We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Wholesale Production Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our wholesale customers receive exceptional products and outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Production: Create and prepare wholesale products according to established quality standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Order Processing: Accurately process wholesale orders, including picking, packing, and labeling items for shipment.
- Shipping: Coordinate and execute the shipping of orders to wholesale customers, ensuring timely delivery and proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished products, reporting low inventory and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before they’re shipped.
- Customer Coordination: Communicate with wholesale customers regarding their orders, shipping timelines, or any issues that may arise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines..
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. during production and packing.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, UPS, FedEx) is a plus.
