Stewart's Window Cleaning is hiring! We are looking for energetic, motivated, and professional individuals to join our team! We can work with college schedules! (Morning availability strongly preferred)

As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial settings. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core skill in cleaning will be essential in delivering high-quality results. Your experience in janitorial and custodial work, along with your proficiency in using scissor lifts, will enhance your ability to perform tasks safely and efficiently. By utilizing your commercial cleaning expertise, you will contribute to a welcoming environment for clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows, ensuring streak-free and spotless results.
- Utilize scissor lifts safely to access high-rise windows and hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain janitorial standards by cleaning surrounding areas and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to manage schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Demonstrate custodial experience by adhering to best practices in commercial cleaning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window cleaning and general cleaning practices
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and techniques
- Janitorial and custodial experience preferred
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
