The Vice President of Go-to-Market SaaS Operations will be instrumental in driving the alignment, effectiveness, and scalability of our sales, marketing, and customer success operations to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role is designed for a leader with deep SaaS expertise who can operationalize strategic GTM initiatives, optimize sales processes, and ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition through retention. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop strategies and operational frameworks that drive revenue growth and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM operations strategy that aligns with N-able’s growth objectives and revenue goals.
    • Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Lead annual planning for go-to-market operations, ensuring alignment with N-able’s long-term growth strategy and market positioning.
    • Represent GTM as a Senior Leadership Team member, actively contributing to the development and execution of N-able’s strategic plans.
    • Build a strong, collaborative bridge between the Finance and FP&A teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to prepare and develop materials for the Board of Directors' quarterly and annual planning sessions.
    • Partner closely with the CRO, CEO, and CFO to define and measure Sales & Marketing productivity metrics and OKRs.
Sales Operations and Enablement
    • Oversee sales enablement efforts, focusing on training, process optimization, and CRM management to maximize sales productivity.
    • Collaborate with sales leaders to refine customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for the SaaS portfolio.
    • Build and maintain forecasting and pipeline management processes to drive accurate revenue projections and support strategic decision-making.
Data-Driven Insights and Analytics
    • Implement robust analytics and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights that inform GTM strategy, improve customer acquisition, and optimize the sales funnel.
    • Utilize data to inform SaaS product positioning, identify high-impact growth opportunities, and improve customer lifecycle management.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration
    • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, fostering a collaborative environment to align GTM strategies and operations.
    • Lead change management initiatives that ensure GTM alignment and a seamless customer journey across all stages of the lifecycle.
    • Drive collaboration across teams to implement and optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
Customer Experience and Retention
    • Partner with Customer Success to refine customer onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies, maximizing value realization and minimizing churn.
    • Lead the development of a customer-focused operations model that enhances the customer journey from acquisition to renewal.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in GTM, Sales Operations, or SaaS Operations, with a proven track record of driving growth in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, revenue drivers, and market dynamics, ideally within the tech space.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience implementing data-driven strategies and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across senior leadership.
