About the Position : : This position supervises Seattle SOS lab operations, provides technical support to the Seattle lab, and ensures branches and customers receive test results in a timely, efficient manner. Develops and implements SOS market analysis; recommends direction, new products and services. Assists all PSSR's in sales efforts through increase customer contact. Provides lowest possible cost to customer with highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be building and maintaining a customer orientated organization that produces good value in terms of services.
- In this position, you will manage the operations of the SOS Lab to achieve the best possible return on investment for the ownership and be responsible for overall lab operations including P&L, managing expenses, as well as achieving budget targets.
- You will manage employee training, safety, advancement, and compensation to assure top productivity and good moral and fairness. Excellent customer service skills are required and you will be promoting product to customers in their assigned territory, call on customers with reps and supervise lab personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and following the company Safety Policy.
Qualifications & Experience : 3 years of industry experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 2-3 years of progressive management experience preferred. Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English. Able to work in a stressful / busy environment and can handle multi-tasks on a regular basis. Must be able to travel as needed.
