JOB SUMMARY:
The TPP Regional Operations Manager is responsible for regional support of Track Protection Program. This role will support the management of regional operational processes for Program development and oversee the organization and classification of regional physical and digital records.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide regional support to the Track Protection Program in the planning and coordination of operational activities • Manage regional scheduling using NetSuite’s Field Service Management Module
- Complete customer agreement workflows in DocuSign
- Complete new flagging project data entry in NetSuite
- Maintain regional documentation for FRA compliance
- Organize and schedule regional meetings, appointments, and training classes • Communicate with Accounting to resolve issues with billing and invoicing for regional flagging jobs
- Gather regional statistics for Executive Team inquiries and prepare reports on regional project progress, challenges and solutions
- Order Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other materials
- Develop and submit expense reports for management
- Support the Regional Flagging Manager and Track Protection Operations Manager with any other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, with limited direct supervision
- Skilled at working with multiple individuals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience using NetSuite preferred but not required
- Experience with cloud-based systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of five years project and/or process management.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Up to 10% travel, as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This work is predominantly conducted in an office setting.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
