Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: Remote (preferably on the East Coast)

We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to be a key player in our next phase. This role goes way beyond spreadsheets—you’ll help shape the business by owning our planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, all while building smarter systems and driving real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead our budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Ops, Marketing—you name it) to model, analyze, and support key business decisions
- Build and maintain financial dashboards KPIs that help us see what’s working (and what’s not)
- Analyze actuals vs. forecasts, draw out insights, and drive better decisions through data
- Own the implementation of Planacy, and optimize how we use NetSuite
- Develop and maintain financial models that scale as we do
- Contribute to investor and board reporting with high-impact monthly/quarterly packages
- Constantly look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
What You Bring
- 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles
- Bonus if you’ve worked in CPG or a high-growth startup environment
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and data interpretation
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Bill.com, or similar ERP/AP tools
- Familiarity with financial planning platforms like Planacy, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.
- Clear communicator who can turn numbers into a story
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
