Data Migration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead and oversee data migration as part of the Payments Transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data migration, and IT systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Experience:

•                     Experience of migrating data to a 3rd party cloud solution preferably PRM.

•                     Experience in migrating data via batch loaded using XML files into a 3rd party cloud solution.

•                     Experience in development solutions bSuduilt in BODs Data Service and PL/SQL.

•                     Experience in data migration from various finance related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

•                     Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. This will include detailed plans for a Day 0 migration, as well as a transition to event driven data updates and associated reconciliations.

•                     Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

•                     Data Analysis: Analyze existing data structures and identify potential issues or challenges in migration.

•                     Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data migration projects.

•                     Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

•                     Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

•                     Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and any issues encountered.

•                     Compliance: Ensure all data migration activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Salary : $550 - $600
