In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our clients and will work closely with our network team to provide top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via telephone, email, and remote desktop access
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and incidents in a timely manner
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues
- Collaborate with the network team to implement and maintain network infrastructure and systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing network security protocols
- Train clients on network operations and troubleshoot common network problems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network technology and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of network protocols, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure and systems
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in French and English
