Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (SBA) to support the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GR&C) system replacement, GR&C Target Operating Model, and Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) initiatives. The role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of working across multiple workstreams to ensure a seamless business delivery.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements while supporting both Business and IT readiness. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across Process, People, Risk, MI & Reporting, IT Readiness, Business Testing, and Communication & Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MI & Reporting Requirements
- Elicit Management Information (MI) & Reporting requirements and facilitate their sign-off.
- Ensure complete traceability of requirements to the final solution and testing.
2. Decommissioning Requirements
- Identify legacy systems that require decommissioning.
- Define and document the decommissioning requirements.
3. Process Mapping & Business Transformation
- Document As-Is and To-Be process maps following BPMN 2 standards.
- Identify and analyze key changes between current and future processes.
4. Organisational Design
- Define and document required organizational changes to support new processes.
5. IT Service Support Model
- Design and document the IT Service Support Model for the new platform, covering:
- Incident Management
- Maintenance & Upgrades
- Fallback Procedures in case of system unavailability.
6. Business Design & Change Framework
- Lead the completion of the "Our Change Framework" document.
- Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise transformation projects.
✅ Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GR&C) system replacements and frameworks.
✅ Strong expertise in Process Mapping (BPMN 2.0) and Business Transformation.
✅ Knowledge of MI & Reporting frameworks and experience with data-driven decision-making.
✅ Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multiple workstreams.
✅ Experience in decommissioning legacy systems and defining IT Service Support Models.
✅ Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with business and IT teams.
✅ Excellent documentation and analytical skills, ensuring full traceability of requirements.
