Main Responsibilities :

System Monitoring : Track alerts and monitor ongoing problems in the fields, ensuring optimal system performance and rapid resolution of issues.
User Retention and App Optimization : Ensure that our web and mobile decision support system is up-to-date and provides the best value to farmers. Collaborate with the agronomic team to gather and analyze field data, optimize the system for relevant insights, and implement necessary updates. Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of N-Drip Connect, ensuring continued engagement with the product.
Project Tracking, Prioritization, and Data Analysis : Coordinate internally with different teams to prioritize project installation, system fixes, and data analysis. Leverage data analytics to assess system performance, optimize irrigation strategies, and enhance decision-making for sustainable farming.
Agronomic Insight Integration : Work closely with agronomists and farmers to ensure that technical solutions align with practical agricultural needs. Utilize an understanding of farming operations and sustainable practices to tailor solutions effectively.

Requirements :

Currently pursuing a Masters degree (preferred) or a Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related field

Experience in data analysis technologies and the ability to interpret agricultural data for system optimization

Interest in and / or coursework in agriculture technology, precision farming, and sustainable farming practices is a plus

Proven track record of project management with a data component (internship, coursework, or past projects)

1 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the tech industry

The successful candidate is :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, abilityto prioritize multiple projects / high-priority tasks with tight timelines

Autonomous, with strong planning and organizational skills

Able to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment

Passion for new technologies and their potential to make a positive impact

Strong customer orientation and results-driven

Additional notes :

Position may require travel 10-20% during the training.

Part-time position (on-site, 20-30 hours per week, 4 days a week).Job Location : Phoenix, Arizona

Seasonal position (Feb-Oct 25)

Availability may be required at unusual hours to support global operations.
