Main Responsibilities :
- System Monitoring : Track alerts and monitor ongoing problems in the fields, ensuring optimal system performance and rapid resolution of issues.
- User Retention and App Optimization : Ensure that our web and mobile decision support system is up-to-date and provides the best value to farmers. Collaborate with the agronomic team to gather and analyze field data, optimize the system for relevant insights, and implement necessary updates. Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of N-Drip Connect, ensuring continued engagement with the product.
- Project Tracking, Prioritization, and Data Analysis : Coordinate internally with different teams to prioritize project installation, system fixes, and data analysis. Leverage data analytics to assess system performance, optimize irrigation strategies, and enhance decision-making for sustainable farming.
- Agronomic Insight Integration : Work closely with agronomists and farmers to ensure that technical solutions align with practical agricultural needs. Utilize an understanding of farming operations and sustainable practices to tailor solutions effectively.
