What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd shift Finisher/Material Tech. position at N.E.W. Plastics Corp.?
Starting Pay $17.50 shift premium ($1.25 for 2nd shift). This is a Monday through Friday shift (3 PM to 11 PM) and some weekend work as needed.
Team Members in this position inspect finished products and prepares products for shipment. Grinds materials for recycling back into production. Mixes raw materials in quantities to ensure proper color and material consistency. Finishing & Material Tech work directly with the Line Operator in the production process to ensure product quality. This position drives a forklift.
