N.F. Smith & Associates, L.P. is hiring: Marketing Digital Librarian Intern in H

Internships are Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week. Our Marketing Intern will gain experience alongside our Creative Marketing Manager by helping manage the post-production process of data and digital asset management within the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Organize, upload and label photos, graphics and historical content
• Coordinate the sharing of assets with additional marketing teams, such as content and graphics, in a timely manner when requested
• Conduct periodic data-verification audits to ensure data accuracy in order to create an easy and consistent search of assets
• Audit content on Smith's official materials by comparing it to reference material
• Participate in weekly content planning meetings with additional marketing teams
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Location : Fully in office - 5306 Hollister Street, Houston TX 77040

Dates : Monday, June 2nd to Friday, August 8th (10 weeks)
