Inventory Control Specialist

Overview
In this role you will have the privilege of actively engaging and communicating with multiple departments to ensure the best counts and quality are available to our customers. It is a hands-on role targeting someone that has attention for detail, organizational skills, and able to communicate effectively with multiple teams.

Brief Role Description:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical inventory counts on live and hard goods.
• Communicate and update Sales as needed color/crop breakdowns for customer orders.
• Review product statuses for completion of orders monthly and weekly.
• Process Product Transfer and Waste Reports into the system.
• Become familiar and proficient in computer operations and applications as it relates to the inventory functions (Plant Partner ERP).
• Regular inventory reports for forecasting available product and communicate when replenishment needs to occur from Procurement.
• Provide support and information to Sales, Procurement, and Operations management staff every week.
• Obtain a list of future orders and 'ad' dates and ensure inventories are tracked for those items.

Qualifications

• Use of ERP and Inventory systems (3-year experience)
• Ability to use a computer and other various technology for accurate reporting
• Able to communicate effectively in a team setting
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Able to work in extreme weather
• Able to lift 40lbs
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
