Employee Engagement Manager
Focused on developing and implementing that enhance Associate satisfaction, retention and overall workplace culture.
- Works with the Talent Acquisition department to improve hiring decisions
- Participates in the Onboarding experience to improve the overall experience and get new hires engaged from the beginning
- Design, execute and analyze data from using various collection instruments (questionnaires, surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, etc.)
- Works with the Training Department to provide Associates with opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement
- Tracks metrics such as retention, satisfaction and productivity, to help evaluate engagement and identify areas of improvement
- Develop initiatives aimed at retaining top talent and minimizing turnover
- Overseeing and enhancing Associate recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation
- Plan team-building events within departments to improve engagement
- Meets with Associates daily to measure their engagement, understand their challenges and create plans to improve satisfaction of work
- Support team member engagement through communications efforts to ensure an understanding of Malin's culture, vision, strategic goals and overall business objectives
- Enhance Associate engagement by designing and implementing communication campaigns that inform and engage associates on key initiatives, policies and processes
- Works closely with Sr. Leadership to ensure that engagement initiatives align with organizational goals
- Staying informed about best practices in Associate engagement and adapting strategies accordingly
