Position Description
N&M is searching for an experienced Mechanic to work at our terminal in Baldwin, WI. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday on day shift.
This position is responsible for the preventative maintenance and general repairs of our Baldwin fleet including both tractor and trailer lights, springs, electrical, tires, etc. This role will also work on company cars, forklifts, dock equipment, and other areas as needed.
This position does report directly to the Diesel Shop Manager based in Neenah, WI with a dotted line reporting relationship to the onsite Terminal Manager for day-to-day duties and activities.

Qualifications
- Secondary education in diesel repair or equivalent experience is required
- Self-starter who can work with little supervision
- Ability to effectively keep a shop clean and organized
- CDL-A preferred
- Tire and wheel certification
- 609 air conditioning certification
