Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries.
- Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Handle guest relations with a focus on creating memorable experiences through personalized service.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
- Oversee reservations and ensure accurate billing procedures are followed.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution that exceeds expectations.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Open availability, and able to work weekends.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
