Account Associate

As we continue to expand, we are looking to fill an Account Associate position on our dynamic sales team. The Account Associate will be the first point of contact for our clients. As the Account Associate, you will manage current and new accounts, drive sales performance, and ensure the satisfaction of current and new clients. The ideal candidate for the Account Associate position will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and driven to reach goals.

What you will do as an Account Associate:

• Foster long-lasting relationships with current and new clients, providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the sales team and other Account Associate team members to develop and implement improved sales strategies aimed at driving sales performance and the overall company growth
• Present sales presentations, building value in the products and services we offer while educating how they will benefit the client's daily lives
• Monitor sales performance by keeping accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
• Identify client's questions, concerns, or complaints and provide personalized solutions, ensuring their needs are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
