Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor will provide support and guidance to the Case Management team in our Permanent Housing Programs to ensure that we are in compliance with our funders by ensuring the quality of clinical documentation at all times.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities
Provide and make recommendations for improvement in providing clinical services.
Collaborate to design and implement clinical training for staff with the Director of Case Management
Serve as the liaison between the program and partner agencies including DBH, DHS in the PSH programs working in collaboration with the Director of Permanent Housing
Trains newly hired case management staff in collaboration with the Director of Case Management
Maintain regular communication with the Director of Permanent Housing on issues involving the community, program, clients, and other stakeholders.
Consults with and supports case management staff in the efforts to serve clients on case plan goals
Participate in organization-wide meetings and committees, departmental meetings, and trainings as assigned.
Meet regularly with and provide clinical supervision and support to Case Managers and Lead Case Managers on performance and professional growth
Facilitate treatment meetings and client case consultations in collaboration with the PSH managers
Evaluate case management staff and work in collaboration with the Program Manager to complete performance reviews
Review and assist with completing comprehensive bio-psychological assessments and case plans
Prioritize the best use of evidence-based practices, including researching clinical trends and current practices
Complete paperwork requirements and maintain quality up to date clinical records in HMIS and HTH
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual review of client records
Other duties as assigned
Salary : $87,000 - $129,000
