Aesthetic Area Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Aesthetic Area Sales Manager to identify, engage, and grow new medical and aesthetic clients within our client's Mid-Atlantic territory.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, strong communication, and exceptional organizational skills to build trust with the company’s expanding customer base.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to medical practices and med spas, identifying key decision-makers and assessing their purchasing process.
- Understand prospects’ business needs and goals to recommend tailored solutions.
- Proactively seek new customers through prospecting, trade shows, virtual and in-person meetings, and other engagement opportunities.
- Continuously expand product and service knowledge through regular study and training.
- Travel within the assigned territory and attend trade shows, training sessions, and industry events as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience in the aesthetic industry.
- Preferred experience in Aesthetic Industry, Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, or Medical Device sales.
- Proven ability to generate and secure appointments.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, written, and in-person interactions.
- Passion for prospecting and business development.
- Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
Additional Job Requirements:
Daily Travel: Must be able to drive within the assigned territory on a daily basis.
Overnight Travel: Approximately 30% overnight travel within and outside the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed only.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and over 50 lbs. as needed.
- Capable of occasionally pushing/pulling heavy equipment on wheels or casters.
- Must be able to stand, lift, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist, walk, and perform other physical tasks throughout the day.
- Ability to sit, work at a computer, and drive for extended periods frequently.
