Role : ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant
Location : Remote
Start Date : January 20, 2025
End Date : December 30, 2025
Hours : 512
Scope : Lead level ITOM consultant to handle CMDB / CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event and Operation Intelligence & Health Log Analytics. This is working at the direction of the customer. Must have strong communication skills. The customer will conduct a background check on the candidate as part of the onboarding process.
Required :
- Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management(ITOM)
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Holds an active ServiceNow ITOM related certification
- A Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- US Citizen on US Soil.
- Willing to go through background check as part of onboarding process
