Responsibilities

- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
- Uphold casual dining standards by adhering to proper etiquette and presentation guidelines.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or upscale establishments is preferred.
- Familiarity with TOAST POS systems for order entry and cash handling is essential.
- Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in culinary settings or nightclubs, is advantageous.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional guest relations throughout their visit.
- A proactive approach to sales techniques that enhance the overall dining experience.
