Within The N2 Company, Hyport Digital specializes in a number of digital marketing solutions to assist our clients in reaching and engaging their ideal audience.
Our Client Success Managers are the face of Hyport Digital – interacting with clients, educating them on digital marketing, and working with them to retrieve product specs and assets needed to guide our Digital Operations Managers as we deliver the client's product on schedule. To be successful in this role, the Client Success Manager must exhibit proficiency in project management, client relations, and negotiation, and have excellent verbal and written communication. They are expected to conduct frequent client communication via phone, Zoom, and email. The working hours for this role will be based on the Pacific time zone.
Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. As a reminder, this opportunity is fully remote. The starting salary for this position is $46,000 annually.

In a Typical Day, You Would:
- Assist our Sales team with order entry for digital services and with digital process questions.
- Review orders for digital services.
- Collect assets from clients and send them to the Digital Operations Managers.
- Send and manage reporting with the Client and Sales teams.
- Manage client expectations.
To Land This Gig, You Need To:
- Have customer service experience.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Be able to make informative decisions based on the digital product life cycle.
- Have mental toughness.
- Be able to stay organized and balance multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
It’s Not Required, But We’d Love It If You Also Have:
- Experience with digital campaign management.
- Understanding of how attribution works.
- Experience working in Asana and a CRM.
