About the Project

Our client is seeking a talented

Product Designer (UI/UX) to support the design and development of a new customer-facing billing and quote/estimate creation portal for one of its brands. This project aims to streamline and enhance the user experience for clients looking to receive estimates and manage billing seamlessly. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of Information Architecture (IA), user flows, and interactive design principles to help shape an intuitive, user-friendly product.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements for the new

customer portal.

· Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

· Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools (Figma,

Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

· Establish and refine the information architecture of the portal to ensure ease of navigation and clarity.

· Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and provide design QA throughout the

development process.

· Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users, ensuring an optimal balance between user

needs and business goals.

· Maintain consistency with the Pearl Pools brand while introducing modern, user-friendly design principles.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

· 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant web or SaaS-based application

designs.

· Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

· Experience with information architecture (IA), creating structured, intuitive user experiences.

· Familiarity with designing for billing, quoting, or e-commerce portals is a plus.

· Ability to conduct and apply insights from user research and usability testing.

· Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.

· Strong communication skills to effectively present designs and incorporate feedback.

· Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
