What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Receiver Operator - VA position at N2N Integrations LLC?
N2N Integrations LLC is looking for a Warehouse Receiver Operator to join our team. This position requires you to perform various warehouse duties, such as sorting, loading, inputting, unloading and receiving materials. Other responsibilites include but not limited to:
- Inspecting items for defects and reporting as required
- Ensure the accuracy of incoming deliveries
- Organize material upon receiving them
- Inventory skills and excellent communication skills
- Printing labels and cutsheets
- Maintaining and organizing warehouse
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts and hand trucks
- Physical stamina and dexterity for the work involving lifting and moving heavy loads
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of email and Google sheets and Microsoft Excel
The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory - Maintain an inventory list and assist with restocking products and supplies as needed. Report defective products as discovered and maintain thorough notes and packing slips. Review and process invoices as directed by leadership and keep excellent documentation on supply and payments for recordkeeping.
- Safety and housekeeping – Ensure a safe warehouse environment by keeping an organized work station and warehouse. Review any complaints and notify the shift leader of on-going shipping or receiving issues. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior experience working with Google Sheets and Excel
- Prior knowledge of warehouse paperwork and experience counting inventory is preferred
- Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse
