Supply Coordinator

Job Title : Purchasing and Supply Coordinator

Duration : 6 Months (Extension)

Location : Malvern PA 19355

Responsibilities :

Coordinate contract manufacturing quote / PO process

Purchasing

Updating Product Master List : Cost, Supplier, Lead Time

Searching and reaching out to vendors for new parts.

Create economical cases for material substitutions.

Support Sales team on quote creation, requote and cost comparisons with sales prospects.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

Purchasing / Procurement and / or Supply Chain 1 years’ experience

Building Industry Experience

Purchasing, Procurement, and Negotiation

Expertise in MS Excel

Experience using SAP

Strong written and verbal communication

Attention to details

Willingness to “pick up the phone” to address issues and contact vendors

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
