Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Clinic Director to lead and manage the operations and clinical services of a cardiology clinic. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in healthcare administration and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective clinic performance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire clinic staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Clinical background in nursing or allied health is desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on cardiology or clinic management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.
