Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications to residents according to established protocols.
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and residents’ health status.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and their families about medication management and safety.
- Uphold all regulatory compliance and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Medication Aide certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or residential setting preferred.
