- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, reporting findings to physicians and families as appropriate
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for residents
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing interventions as needed
