Job Title: Emergency Department Director
Location: Great Falls, MT
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Days, Full-Time (some evening, night, and weekend coverage may be required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 19 FTEs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure high-quality patient care by implementing best practices and monitoring outcomes.
- Collaborate with the CNO and other leaders to develop and achieve departmental goals.
- Provide coverage during staffing shortages, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Monitor and manage the department’s budget and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN.
Leadership or management experience (required).
Licenses/Certifications:
Montana RN License (required).
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC (required).
