Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure quality care and maintain high standards for patient safety and satisfaction.
