Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Monday-Friday, Days (5x8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM), with rotating weekend on-call coverage.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Echo Technologist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for obtaining diagnostic cardiac ultrasound images using M-mode, color flow Doppler, and two-dimensional modes, following IACEL-recommended protocols. You’ll assist physicians during Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEEs) and ensure high-quality diagnostic services while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic echocardiography techniques (fixed and mobile).
- Organize patient flow and prioritize tasks to optimize efficiency.
- Assist with TEEs and demonstrate proficiency in imaging protocols.
- Maintain a safe and effective working environment.
What You’ll Need:
- Certification: RCS (through CCI) or RDCS (AE certification).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (to be obtained within 30 days of start).
- Graduate of an accredited Echocardiography school.
- Open to all levels of experience (as long as certification requirements are met).
