Endoscopy Nurse

Job Title: GI Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Rochester, NY 14626

Pay Rate for Local: Up to $60/Hr.

Gross weekly for Traveler: Up to $2,384/week

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM start; 8 or 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient prep, recovery, and intra-procedure during a variety of endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy with biopsy, APC, ERCP, stent placement/removal, dilation, foreign body removal, hemorrhage control, etc.).
• Work with LPNs to support physicians in the endoscopy room.
• Provide patient education and ensure safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of GI endoscopy RN experience.
• Epic experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
