Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Morristown, NJ

Job Duties:
- Assist proceduralists during complex diagnostic and interventional vascular and neuro-interventional cases.
- Operate and manage floor and ceiling-mounted fluoroscopic modality machines.
- Retrieve and circulate complex products during interventional procedures.
- Provide critical thinking and support during neuro-interventional and complex cases.
- Operate power injection devices for iodinated contrast media during procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection prevention measures while setting up procedural trays.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons.
- Document in electronic medical records and manage imaging through Sectra/PACs systems.
- Manage groin care post-intervention and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma/GED and Associate Degree or completion of an accredited radiographic program.
Certifications:
- NJ Radiographic Licensure.
- Current Radiography (R) Certification with ARRT.
- BLS Certification from an approved AHS credentialed American Heart Association or equivalent.
Experience:
- 3–5 years as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist with NJ Radiographic Licensure.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment, maintaining sterile techniques, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of fluoroscopic modality machines and groin management post-intervention.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
