About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to step into a leadership role as a Rural Clinic Supervisor. This position offers the chance to make a lasting impact on patient care while guiding a dedicated rehabilitation team in a vibrant community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and develop personalized therapy treatment plans.
• Implement, supervise, and adjust therapy plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide patient and family education on therapeutic exercises and equipment use.
• Supervise rehabilitation staff and manage administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain documentation according to regulatory standards and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Occasionally travel to remote locations for patient care and staff support.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program OR
• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with 2 years of relevant experience and continued education.
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible upon acceptance).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills:

• Broad-based clinical experience in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal physiology, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques.
