Sterile Processing Coordinator

Title: Certified Sterile Processor

Location: Detroit, MI 48236

Duration: 13 weeks contract (Strong possibility of exension)

Shift: Afternoon 230pm - 11pm, 40 hrs. guaranteed

Candidate should have over five years experience

Pay Rate: $25 - $29.56/ hr. (based on years of experience)

Job Summary:

The Central Sterile Processing Technician provides sterile products & instruments to all members of the health care team.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and read temperature gauges.

Required Education:

-High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.

-Completion of an appropriate Aide training program,

OR

-A Central Technician program,

OR

-6 months' previous experience in Central Supply.

Preferred Education:

-N/A

Required Certification & Licensure:

-NICHSPDP Certification is required as a qualification for a CSP Tech position.
