N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Center Relationship Manager to support The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Consolidation Applications and Platforms (NCAPS) team. Through support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives.

N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Center Relationship Manager to support The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Consolidation Applications and Platforms (NCAPS) team. Through support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with NASA center leadership to drive customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
- Develop and maintain customer relationship maps
- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction plans and processes
- Work with NASA center leadership to identify, track and manage center priorities, issues and requests
- Work with center product owners and CACI’s delivery team to align priorities to product backlogs and in PI planning events
- Assist in managing performance against SLA metrics and preparing/delivering center specific status reports and information
- Work with Team CACI NCAPS leadership in strategic planning, understanding of NASA/Center processes and priorities, and participate in monthly program review meetings
Minimum Qualifications:

- 10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of NASA business systems and software development processes and procedures
- Proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships.
- Prior experience successfully identifying, managing, and resolving customer satisfaction issues.
