Position Overview :

The Director of Operations will oversee and optimize the company’s day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution across manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and business processes. This individual will be a critical driver in aligning operational strategies with our commercial goals, enabling n6 to scale efficiently and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities : Operational Leadership :

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with n6’s business objectives and growth plans.
Lead manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee vendor and contract manufacturer relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational performance.

Process Optimization :

Identify and implement process improvements to drive scalability and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards applicable to the life sciences industry.

Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and customer satisfaction.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business priorities.

Develop and manage budgets related to operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

7 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably within the life sciences or biotech industry.

Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-growing company.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems in a regulated environment.

Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
