*Job Summary*

We are seeking a friendly,detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our property management team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of showing properties that we manage in San Francisco and providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for real estate leasing.

*Duties*

- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of residential properties, which will mainly include showing rental units that we have available.

- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests.

- Coordinate property viewings and assist with the leasing process, including preparing necessary documentation.

- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.

- Be familiar with San Francisco rental laws and the lease to ensure compliance in all operations.

*Requirements*

- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate a wider range of tenants or vendors.

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Familiarity with San Francisco rentals rules and property management practices is a plus.

- Ability to learn property management software.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
