Overview
Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center Headquarters at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. This position will provide support for development, maintenance, and enhancement of Microsoft Power Platform apps, SharePoint pages and workflows.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate with stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and/or SharePoint initiatives align with priorities
- Ensure website, portals, and repositories are compliant with applicable policies
- Develop documentation to include requirements, data flows, diagrams, guides, best practices, etc.
- Design, develop, and integrate efforts for Power Platform and/or SharePoint initiatives
- Facilitate meetings with multiple users to collect and document requirements and provide solutions to existing problems
- Create technical and user documentation for developed applications
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot sites, lists, libraries, pages, etc.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
- IAT Level II or IAM Level I in accordance with DoD 8570.01 M (Security CE or equivalent as specified in DoD 8570.01 M)
- Power Platform certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, OR PL-400)
- Microsoft Certification: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
- 2 years experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience desired.
Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
This position allows alternative work schedule (aws).
Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,000.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
