Overview
Nakupuna Consulting is looking for a Program Manager to lead our team of talented consultants providing professional services to NAVAIR PMA-275.
Responsibilities

- Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collect, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in NAVAIR Program Office support, specifically program/project management. The ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- ACAT-1 rotary-wing and/or turbo-prop aircraft mission readiness management experience.
- Proficient with using the AMS. Familiar with ACAT level programs. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBES.
- Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs.
Education and Experience:
- MA/MS degree and over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description preferred; or a Bachelor's degree and 12 years experience allowed.
Location: Work will be performed at the Pentagon, in Arlington, Virginia
Clearance Requirements: This position requires clearance of TOP SECRET/SCI. Must be a U.S. Citizen
