Duties Summary :
To maintain the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout properties. Provides superior customer service to the employees and guests of the Old Lahaina Luau
Task Summary includes but not limited to the following items ( Any one task may not include all the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in the position :
- Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and janitorial work.
- Sweep and mop an area of 2100 sq.ft or larger
- Rake an area of 2500 square feet or larger
- Walk and stand approximately 7 to 8 hours per day
- Be able to use a variety of garden tools but not limited to sickles, pruners, shovels etc.) when necessary
- Be able to work with a variety of cleaning chemicals not limited to (i.e. Clorox, Simple Green, Ajax, Pretty Potty, Latex Gloves, Lemon Oil etc)
- Knowledge and experience with the use of a pressure washer, Back pack blower, lawn mower, weed eater etc.)
Be able to operate a commercial size pressure washer
