Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Drive digitalization initiatives to streamline financial operations.

  Prepare financial statements and reports.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supporting an internal control environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Supervise back-office functions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), Treasury operations and cash forecasting.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales tax filings and support Global tax team with income tax compliance.
• Focus on team development by mentoring and supporting junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience required.
• 5 years of leadership experience, required.
• A combination of education & experience equal to 10 years will be considered. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with Epicor and Planful a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance is required.
