Kaukahi is seeking a Real Property Field Technician in Fort Johnson, Louisiana. Field Technicians must be proficient in AutoCAD. The Field Technician must have a good understanding of architectural floor plans and AEC standards and the ability to create detailed floor plans from field drawings.

Job Profile: Field Technician is an entry-level full time position with career progression opportunities. The role is assigned to facility survey projects within the United States. Assignments range from several days to several months depending on size of project.
Compensation Minimum: $17.00
Compensation Maximum: $20.00
Job Requirements:
- Education: Associates in related field
- Basic computer skills
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Physically able to walk or stand for more than 6 hours per day
- Ability to travel up to 100% in a given week/month
- Prior CAD experience

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
