Information Operations SME

Skills / Experience Required

• Actively possess a DoD Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for access to secure compartmentalized information (SCI)
• Personnel in designated positions may be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
• 15 years of relevant DoD work experience
• 5 years' experience in SAP and/or SCI environment within the last 5 years
• Aerospace/industry strategy experience
• Demonstrated ability to initiate or develop requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
• Ability to provid strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff
• Experience completing detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client- specific or mission critical challenges/issues
• Experience consulting with client to define need or problem, supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
• Recognized industry leader in information operations with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Proven ability to be innovative and creative and capable of conveying complex information in a simplistic manner
• Ability to work autonomously and interface easily with team members and senior leadership

Education / Certifications

• Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering degree in a field relevant to the position’s functional area or equivalent work experience to offset the advanced degree

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
