We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Client Service Team . This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Delivering an exceptional client experience to our client base through regular inquiry resolution, collateral processing activities, client analysis
- Support day to day operational work
- Support day to day client coverage for specific accounts
- Some MIS reporting, collaboration on projects such as procedure updates, automation projects, client profile maintenance
- College degree
- 0-1 yeas of experience
- Experience in operations or client service in financial organization
- Project / detail oriented
- Client experience is preferrable
