The Ideal Leader We Seek

Experience & Skills:

· 3 years of hospitality management experience, preferably in limited-service properties

· Proven track record of financial management and revenue optimization

· Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance

· Experience with property management systems and revenue management tools

· Food & Beverage knowledge for breakfast operations

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 Base
