Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, including:
Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Taking and recording vital signs as assigned.
Passing meal trays and assisting residents with meals and snacks.
Escorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments as needed.
Performing safety rounds and answering call bells.
Keeping resident rooms and service areas clean and organized.
Distributing and changing linens as required.
Communicating changes in resident condition to licensed staff.
Documenting care provided in the Electronic Health Record.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Pennsylvania CNA license or have PA listed as a compact state. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent communication skills.
